Circus of Decay
Costume Design I & II Project Description: Create a circus using a theme of your choice and design three characters: the Ring Master, the Clown, and a third of your choice. Round II: You have been given a note from your producer and need to go back to the design process. Producer Note: Your circus needs to be appropriate for children to go see. We want to double our profits after each show on merchandise alone.
